After Savannah watched Dylan play softball last spring she got interested in playing so we signed her up for Blast Ball this fall. It is stinking CUTE! They play with soft bats and balls and the bases squeak. That is, of course, the best part for the kids. Maddie decided to play too and then they talked to their neighbors. Luckily their neighbor decided to coach with Johnny being the assistant. It's been a good experience - Savannah's had fun and it's been extremely laid back for us. If she keeps her eye on the ball she can hit it pretty well. At first she had no interest in fielding and she'd just watch the boys on her team tackle each other over the ball. Now, she'll run after it with them (some of the time). We'll have to see what she decides to do next!
