Our neighborhood has had WAY too many snakes lately. Justin and I are both scared so this is NOT good news. We are so worried about the kids getting bit so now they are not allowed to go outside until we check the yard for snakes. I send Mak out first! The girls are sure to let me know every time he barks so that I can make sure he's not barking at a snake...ugh. Luckily, we have not had one in our yard, KNOCK ON WOOD, but several neighbors have. We put down snake repellant and are praying that it works. Also, our immediate neighbor loves snakes and has volunteered to deal with any we may get. Last Friday, Justin said he was going to hunt snakes. The girls thought that sounded like fun and put on their boots to join him - they are braver than me!
