Elf on the Shelf has been a big hit in our house this year. Savannah wakes up most mornings saying it's time to go find him. We've missed photographing some of his spots, but here's some we did get.
Dylan took pictures of this one, so this was the best one we had. The girls really buy into the rule that you cannot touch him or he will loose his Christmas magic. Then, he won't be able to fly to Santa each night. Well, too bad my poor girls have a daddy that loves to aggravate them. With the girls watching, Justin purposely hit his head on Simon. Savannah, as usual, came to me to tattle and Dylan ran to her room very upset!! We had to explain that it'll be okay and just not to grab him. Dylan even told me Simon was in her dream the other night!
Savannah came out this morning and said, "Why do we need that on the tree?" She didn't see Simon, but once I pointed it out she ran into Dylan to inform her Simon "put toilet paper on the Christmas tree!"
