So, as promised I took Dylan to get her hair cut today. Problem was, when we showed up to the place Savannah went yesterday, it was closed! I couldn't let her down so I called and got her an appointment at Sweet & Sassy.
She was SO excited. See those sweet curls? This bad mommy hasn't taken the best care of them. It took me a while to realize the fun kid conditioner doesn't cut it so we only recently started putting good stuff on. This combined with the fact she hadn't had a hair cut in a while meant we had to cut a good amount off. Whoops!
Anyway, after her cut, the stylist asked her how she wanted her hair. Scroll down to see what she chose....
That's right!! She asked for straight hair. It mad me sad to watch her hair be dried with a roll brush and then flat ironed, but it was her choice so I let her. She LOVES it! I can't stop looking at her...she looks too grown up. When Justin got home and she got to show him, she said now she had straight hair like me & Savannah so maybe that's why she wanted it straightened??? She also didn't understand that when her hair gets wet it will be curly again & I had to let her know I wasn't going to be straightening it everyday!
Now, my girls look so much alike from the back!
