Dylan started preschool this past week and LOVED it! I think she really enjoys the structure of her days. She loves to help pack her lunch and has already learned quite a bit. They focus on a letter & color every week and incorporate them into the daily crafts. She now knows about x-rays, xylophones, the contents of a doctor's bag and which animals hibernate. In addition to that she goes to music and Spanish every day. So far she's learned the phrase buenos dias and knows that it means good morning. Then the other day Dylan wanted to sing me the song she learned at school. I was excited to hear it, but when she started singing I had no idea what she was saying! I thought maybe she hadn't quite learned the words and was just making up sounds/words. Finally I googled what I thought she was saying and it turns out she was saying it exactly right. The reason I couldn't understand what she was saying was that it was a children's song from Morocco!
