Dylan makes me laugh daily. It makes me a little sad that she constantly reminds me how quickly she's growing up, but at the same time I burst with pride each time she comes up with something new. I am so happy to be home with her soaking up all these moments.
Her favorite new question is, "Whatcha got there Daddy?" It makes us grin every time. She asks this in all seriousness and just wants to have a conversation.
Today she walked in on me while I was standing on my bathroom cabinet taking down some of the previously mentioned paint chips. She gasped for air and said, "Mommy get down from there. That is SO high!"
Today Savannah slept until 10:45. At least I think she slept until about then. When I checked on her the last time she was just playing with her feet as happy as could be! Anyway, when I got her out of her crib and brought her into the living room Dylan practically tackled her with a hug and said, "Oh Savannah I am so happy to see you!"
Savannah is getting more & more mobile. She is still rolling all around, but now I've noticed she'll focus on something and make her way to it. She's fascinated by flaps and tags. She thinks it is HILARIOUS if you make kissing sounds at her. Oh and I think she might grow up to be a country bumpkin! Last night the CMA's were on and even though it was past her bedtime she was wide awake watching them, smiling the whole time.
They are just precious. Both of them!
