I've been an undedicated blogger lately! Now that we cleared a little space on our computer, I HAD to get up a Disneyland post. Soon, I plan to do a big summer catchup post and then start up with the school year and everything we have going on now. We are busy, busy, busy!
In July we had the good fortune of taking the girls to Disneyland with my parents, Paul & Michelle. We went back and forth on taking Adam. I wasn't sure I could let go of him for that long and was worried about him taking bottles the whole time. I understood that without him the focus could be on the girls and in the end it was definitely the right decision. We had so, so much fun on vacation and little mister was just great without us. Thank you so much mom and dad for an amazing vacation. I can't say enough great things about it. And thank you Katie and Sue and everyone else that pitched in taking care of Adam while we were gone.
I am so happy my girls were able to experience Disney at a young age. They keep talking about next time and it's a little difficult to explain there may not be a next time. I loved watching the happiness and amazement in their pretty little faces. On our first day there we didn't visit a park. We just walked around Downtown Disney for a bit and swam at the hotel. They had not seen inside the parks, been on a single ride or seen any characters. I was half joking when I asked Dylan what she thought of Disneyland. Her pure innocence and joy shined through when she replied, "It's better than I even imagined!!!" Melts my heart!
I've included way more pictures than I'm sure anyone cares to see, but I couldn't help myself...
