Last weekend, we made our final trip of the summer to Lubbock for Lauren's graduation from Tech. It was a quick trip, but we had a good time. Friday we just hung out at the hotel and let the kids swim. All 4 grandkids had a slumber party in Sue and Papa John's room. We were told they all slept great so hopefully that is the truth! :)
On Saturday the graduation was at 1:30 so the morning was relaxing and getting ready. The graduation started out great, but unfortunately the speaker talked forever and was SO boring!! The kids had to get up a few times and walk around - not that I blame them! We got to see Lauren and Collin graduate though, and that was really cool.
We had dinner reservations that night, but had a little time in between to kill so we took the kids to the Children's museum. I had never been and was surprised at how much was there. We really just rushed through it and didn't see everything, but we could have spent a lot more time there!

We then had dinner at 50 Yard Line. They have little cups and saucers they serve you french onion soup in, but Savannah had fun drinking her water from it!
Dylan did not order dinner because she just wanted to eat their blue berry muffins!
