This week has been full of paint. I bought supplies Sunday to work on Savannah's big girl room. I painted the room all one color the other day and my plan today was to stencil one wall. Last night Justin wanted to do a test run of the stencil and it did not turn out well at all! This morning I painted over it & started fresh. I was sure I could get it to work - nope! SO plans for her room have changed and the stencil is in the trash! After rearranging her room and pulling out the new bedding I think maybe it was a blessing in disguise because that wall would have probably been too busy. Now we have another trip to Home Depot planned tonight. I am going to wait to post any pictures until there is more progress. I just realized I never posted pictures of Dylan's room. Of course everything in my house is a work in progress, but her room is done for the most part.
Yesterday I painted a canvas for a neighbor's baby shower. This is for the little boy I plan to start keeping in August. It's not perfect, but I thought it turned out pretty cute. They are going to have a sports themed nursery and the dad is a HUGE Alabama fan.
