Last Weekend

Last weekend Justin had plans to play in a bags tournament with Johnny.  Kasey and Maddie decided to make the trip to hang out with me & the girls.  

Before they got there we were making up our new bed and Dylan wanted to do all the pillows.  It was pretty funny...she put all the pillows on my side and was so proud!

We got dinner at a restaurant close by that overlooks the lake, BUT we sat outside and it was SO hot.  We decided to jump in the pool to cool off when we got back and afterwards we had naked babies running around!

The girls got to bed late on Friday night and Savannah slept terrible, keeping everyone up off and on all night.  Kasey and I attempted to be a little healthy.  We got up Saturday morning to go run at the nature preserve.  When we got back the apartment was so quiet & we couldn't figure out what everyone was doing.  Then we find all five of them - IN BED.  The girls were happy as could be after eating donuts and then getting to watch Backyardigans.  :)

Saturday was so hot & we figured the girls didn't need to be in the heat too much so the girls went about our normal day.  Dylan had gymnastics Saturday morning so we decided to sign Savannah and Maddie up for a trial class.  They did good at moments, but overall they were too young.  If something was boring to Savannah she'd run off & then get mad when I brought her back.  I think I got way more of a workout than she did!  After the little girls' naps we had to go pick the boys up and it was SO HOT out there!  We stayed probably an hour and the little ones were hot just from that - and they were in the shade most the time!

Sunday morning we went to church and ate at Kincaid's.  We attempted to get a picture of the girls before they left town, but that's easier said than done!
